Romans 10 verse 9 was commissioned by the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation for a ground breaking project called Art Across Arkansas, an educational program created and sponsored by The THEA Foundation and the William J. Clinton Foundation to bring fine art into the public school system.

On June 2007 this piece began a 10 year journey at the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Library in Arkansas where it was on display for two months after which it will be on tour for the next 10 years.
